This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from babypocket.shop (the “Site”). The Site is run by Many Visions LLC, the company behind Baby Pocket™ (“Baby Pocket,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as Device Information.
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as Order Information.
If you create an account, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, we also collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address and message.
When we talk about Personal Information in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information and the information you give us.

How we use your information
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud;
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services; and
- Apply your Value Shield discount automatically when you check out with the email address linked to your plan.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing your information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Our store runs on WordPress and WooCommerce on our own web hosting, so your order details are kept in our own store database rather than on a third-party store platform. The companies that help us include:
Shipping carriers
Receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your order.
Provides our website fonts and, when we use it, Google Analytics, which helps us understand how customers use the Site.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
We do not sell your Personal Information. We only share it as described in this policy.
Advertising & your choices
As described above, we may use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. We may also permit certain third-party companies to help us tailor advertising that we think may be of interest to you, and to collect and use other data about your activities on our Site (for example, to allow them to tailor ads on third-party services). Emails & marketing
If you sign up for our newsletter or agree to hear from us, we’ll send you emails about new arrivals, offers and discounts. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time through our Contact page.
Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we’ll still send you messages about your orders, such as order confirmations and shipping updates.

We are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, to the United States, where we and our service providers are based.
California residents
California law lets you ask us, once a year and free of charge, whether we have shared your personal information with third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. We do not sell your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Children’s privacy
Baby Pocket makes products for babies, but our Site is meant for parents and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Keeping your information safe
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information:
- The entire Site uses a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
- Card payments are handled by Square, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, so your full card number is never stored on our servers.
- We limit access to your information to the people who need it to run our store.
No website or internet transmission is ever 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
How long we keep your information
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
If your order was placed directly on our Site (not through a third-party seller or marketplace), we can delete your data on request, except for information we’re required to keep by law, such as tax and accounting records.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
